berribybella started as a gift idea to friends and family. Wanting to create something that incorporates both beauty and functionality came along berribybella's bags. Shipping time

Most domestic orders will be processed within 3-7 business days and shipped by your choice of shipping method. It normally takes about 2-7 business days for AU orders to arrive and 7-15 business for US orders. Once your order is shipped, you will receive email notification with a tracking number.

Can I wash my bag?

Yes! It is recommended to hand wash your bag with cold water. All berribybella bags are washable.

Returns & Exchanges

Unfortunately, due to each bag being made to order we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty. Every bag is double checked before shipping to ensure best quality.

Do you offer custom designs?

We are currently unable to take any custom orders. However, we are happy to create custom designs for larger quantities. Please email us at support@berribybella.com for more information.
